By submitting User Content, the User grants AKHCH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content in connection with the operation of the website. AKHCH reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any User Content at its sole discretion.

Each party shall bear its own costs. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
